Before you submit
Include the exact URL or resource, why you believe it is illegal or violates the Acceptable Use Policy, and the facts supporting your notice. Do not include passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. For immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency authority first.
For reports concerning suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, choose that report type: your name and email are optional. Do not send illegal images or videos. Providing an email allows us to send an acknowledgement and decision.
Use the form for reports that need a reference number and acknowledgement. You may also report security abuse to cloud@codaracloud.com or a platform vulnerability to cloud@codaracloud.com. Formal complaints and appeals go to cloud@codaracloud.com.
What happens next
Codara acknowledges receipt, checks whether the report is sufficiently precise, investigates within a timeframe proportionate to the risk, and takes appropriate action. Where required, affected users receive a statement of reasons and a way to contest the decision. We may preserve evidence or disclose information where lawfully required.
