Your withdrawal right
Consumers normally have 14 calendar days after entering the service contract to withdraw. See the Terms of Service for the applicable rights and reimbursement rules. Submit your details below and confirm your withdrawal. We record when it arrives, give you a receipt and send an acknowledgement to your email.
We may verify your identity and the affected contract before changing access or arranging any refund. This does not change the original receipt time. A successful submission confirms receipt of your declaration, not completion of a refund. For ordinary renewal cancellation, use Billing in your console.
Desistir del contrato: las personas consumidoras disponen normalmente de 14 días naturales desde la contratación. No necesitas iniciar sesión ni explicar el motivo. Indica tu nombre, correo electrónico y los datos que permitan identificar el contrato; revisa la declaración y pulsa «Confirm withdrawal / Confirmar desistimiento». Recibirás un justificante con la fecha y hora de recepción. Podemos verificar la identidad antes de modificar el servicio, sin cambiar la fecha de tu comunicación. La cancelación de la siguiente renovación se gestiona por separado en Facturación.
